Connection The fifth muscle is your ability to reach out to others for help or support in facing challenges.

Structure The sixth muscle is your ability to create and apply structure when facing challenges.

Experimenting The seventh muscle is your ability to get out of your comfort zone and try new ways of operating when facing challenges.
